概要:
Features of silicone foam strip
1. Silicone material has good sealing performance, high temperature and weather resistance, anti-aging and impact resistance, shockproof and waterproof, and can fit various smooth surface materials
2. It can be self-adhesive with backing tape, better sealing performance, and high temperature resistant adhesive will not fall off for a long time. Environmental protection and safety, good insulation, high temperature resistance, small compression deformation, strong resilience, non-toxic
3. Foamed silicone rubber foams uniformly, with a density of 0.25-0.85g / cm3 and a Shore hardness of 8-30A. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless, good resilience, good flexibility, no bubbles and pores on the surface. High strength, long service life, product insulation and environmental protection, high and low temperature resistance, compression resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance.
4.Smooth surface and uniform foam density
5. Good surface layer is not sticky. Good breathability
6, using 100% high-quality silicone raw materials, and after strict testing, in line with environmental protection standards.
7, high temperature resistance: -70 degrees -300 degrees
8. Heat resistance: Silicone rubber has much better heat resistance than ordinary rubber, and can be used almost always at 150 degrees without performance changes; it can be continuously used for 10,000 hours at 200 degrees; at 350 degrees Can also be used for a while.
9, weather resistance: ordinary rubber quickly degrades under the action of ozone generated by corona discharge, while silicone rubber is not affected by ozone. And under long-term UV and other climatic conditions, its physical properties have only slightly changed.
10, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, silica gel itself is very inert
